Nasex Duo nasal solution contains xylometazoline hydrochloride and dexpanthenol. Xylometazoline hydrochloride rapidly constricts the blood vessels
of the nasal mucosa and reduces swelling of the nasal mucosa. Dexpanthenol is a derivative of the vitamin pantothenic acid that promotes healing and protects the nasal mucosa.
Nasex Duo is indicated:
to reduce swelling of the nasal mucosa in inflammation of the nasal mucosa (rhinitis) and to promote healing of lesions in the mucous membranes,
for the relief of non-allergic inflammation of the nasal mucosa (vasomotor rhinitis), for the treatment of nasal breathing obstruction after nasal surgery.
This medicine is intended for use in adults and children 6 years of age and older.
